How we keep treatments safe in your home
- We choose the least-toxic effective product for the situation — often a gel bait or dust rather than a spray.
- Treatments are applied to cracks, voids and harbourages — not to surfaces children and pets touch.
- You'll get a clear, written aftercare brief: which rooms to keep clear and for how long (often just an hour or two for sprays).
- Rodenticide bait is always placed in tamper-resistant boxes where pets or children might access it.
Specific situations to flag when you book
- Fish tanks and reptile enclosures — we'll ask you to cover or move them and switch off air pumps during treatment.
- Pregnancy, very young babies, or asthma sufferers in the home — let us know and we'll adjust products and timings.
- Free-range pets that can't easily be moved — we'll plan the visit around when they can be out of the treated area.
