Each record follows the same structure: the initial concern, what the inspection found, the evidence recorded, the treatment plan, how it was carried out, how the result was verified and what we recommended afterwards. Locations are given as a general town only and no customer or property is identifiable.
The first records are being prepared
We publish a treatment case only once the job is complete, the record has been anonymised and the customer's approval is on file. Rather than fill this page with invented examples, it stays empty until genuine records are ready.
