Common questions
- Do I need to be at home?
- For the survey, yes — you know the property and what you have seen. For some treatments we can work with access arranged separately.
- Will you need to move furniture?
- Often, yes. We will discuss anything heavy or fragile with you rather than moving it unannounced.
- How long does a standard visit take?
- Most domestic visits take between 45 minutes and two hours. Heat treatments run from 7am to no later than 2pm.
